Uses / Directions for Use

Facial Use Instructions

• Wet your face with lukewarm water 1-2 times daily.
• Use the scrub side to massage/rub the skin for 1 minute; this will remove dead cells and dirt.
• Use the soap side to rub your face 1-2 times.
• Once it lathers, gently massage and leave it on your face for 2 minutes.
• Then, wash it off thoroughly with clean water.

Body Use Instructions

• Use the scrub side to massage your body for 2 minutes; this will lift away old, dark skin, and spots.
• Massage thoroughly with the reverse (soap) side and leave it on for 3-4 minutes.
• Then, wash it off with fresh water.
